1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds will only be considered if the e-learning materials have not been opened, downloaded, or accessed in any way
- Refunds are not available once the e-learning materials have been delivered and accessed
2. How to Request a Refund
- Submit your request via the “Contact Us” page on our website
- Alternatively, email us at help@straitschainedu.com
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests
3. Refund Processing
- Requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
- Refund credit times may vary depending on your payment provider
